Atlantic Hydrogen is coordinating a complete energy infrastructure as part of the on-going Gulf Coast Reconstruction Effort. In addition to installing a hydrogen delivery system from the ground up, Atlantic Hydrogen is coordinating the addition of solar energy onto the hurricane survivable homes being constructed along the Gulf Coast. Working with the lead foundation in the area, Atlantic Hydrogen has arranged for underground hydrogen pipelines, hydrogen fueling stations, and affordable home refueling appliances to be integrated into the entire re-development effort. Plus, by tapping into existing hydrogen facilities along the coast, Atlantic Hydrogen will bring a nearly limitless supply of hydrogen to the area. The technology being implemented is tested, commercially viable, and is available for export to other interested North American communities.Atlantic Hydrogen is also engaged in an aggressive program to convert existing vehicles from gasoline to dual-fuel hydrogen-gasoline use by installing proven "Plug-N-Play" conversion kits. In cooperation with automakers, our expectation is to introduce 14,000 hydrogen fueled vehicles onto Gulf Coast roads by mid-2010. Atlantic Hydrogen believes that Hydrogen-fueled vehicles and their refueling infrastructure are inseparable. We also believe that each geographic region has unique benefits that can be incorporated into a hydrogen infrastructure. Atlantic Hydrogen is available to consult, usually at no charge, on your region or project. Refer to the "Contact" page of this site to get started. This site combines available vehicles with workable refueling solutions in a commercially viable way. After careful and lengthy research, we have created a series of hydrogen transportation packages designed to meet the current needs of transit systems. The vehicles, plants, storage tanks, and dispensers can be ordered today. Each product is provided directly from the factory. Atlantic Hydrogen serves as a sales representative of the products presented here. Atlantic Hydrogen is continuing to accumulate requests and orders for hydrogen-fueled vehicles to meet minimum production runs. Minimum production runs may be met by pooling requirements from diverse parts of the USA, Canada, and Mexico. We encourage regional approaches to hydrogen fueling systems. A single hydrogen plant may serve the needs of a major transit system and also those of surrounding smaller transit systems. Atlantic Hydrogen is working with fleet operators of existing CNG fueled vehicles to introduce blended hydrogen-CNG (HCNG), or Hythane, into their fleets. Working with CNG engine manufactures like Westport Cummins, fleet operators and transit managers can introduce hydrogen into their fueling mix at a comfortable pace. DOE tests indicate that a 20/80 blend of hydrogen to CNG reduces NOX emissions by 50%. This is critical to our air quality. |
